Some resources are designed for independent learning and others are designed to be used with the support of a parent, guardian, teacher, facilitator, mentor or other responsible adult.

The Wealth Academy is an education provider.

Content available through our website, courses and resources is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is intended to help learners develop knowledge, understanding, confidence and skills relating to financial and life decisions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our content does not constitute personal financial advice, financial product advice, investment advice, taxation advice, legal advice, accounting advice or other professional advice.

Nothing in these Terms requires a learner to disclose private personal or family financial information in order to participate in ordinary learning activities.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, The Wealth Academy owns or is authorised to use the intellectual property contained in its website, courses and educational resources.

This includes, where applicable, text, course structures, lesson designs, educational frameworks, publications, activities, graphics, illustrations, videos, audio, presentations, worksheets, e-posters, downloadable materials, branding and other original content.

Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with The Wealth Academy or the relevant rights holder.

Access to our resources does not give a user ownership of those resources or permission to reproduce, adapt, distribute or commercially exploit them.

8. Permitted Use of Materials

Where a resource is specifically made available for download or printing, an authorised user may download or print it for the personal, educational, classroom, family, facilitation or organisational use expressly contemplated by that resource or the applicable licence.

Different usage rights may apply where The Wealth Academy has entered into a separate licence or commercial agreement.

9. Use of Artificial Intelligence and Automated Systems

Unless expressly authorised in writing, users must not systematically upload, reproduce or submit substantial quantities of The Wealth Academy's proprietary course content, publications or other protected materials to artificial intelligence systems, machine-learning systems, content-generation systems, data repositories or similar third-party services for the purpose of reproducing, training upon, republishing or creating substantially derivative educational content.

This restriction does not prevent reasonable personal use of technology to assist an individual learner with their own learning, provided that such use does not infringe The Wealth Academy's intellectual property rights or breach these Terms.

10. User Conduct

12. Facilitated Learning

Some The Wealth Academy resources are designed to be supported by a facilitator.

A facilitator may include a teacher, parent, guardian, tutor, boarding supervisor, youth worker, mentor, workplace educator, financial education professional or another responsible adult.

Facilitators are responsible for exercising their own professional or supervisory judgement when selecting activities, discussions and external resources appropriate to their learners.

The Wealth Academy does not control the manner in which an independent facilitator conducts a learning session.

Facilitators should take reasonable account of learner age, maturity, cultural context, individual needs, privacy and wellbeing.

13. External Websites and Third-Party Resources

The Wealth Academy may include links or references to external websites, organisations, publications, products, services, media or other third-party resources for educational purposes.

A reference or link does not necessarily constitute endorsement, recommendation, partnership or approval by The Wealth Academy.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their availability, security, privacy practices, accuracy, content or subsequent changes.

Completion of a course does not constitute professional accreditation or certification unless a particular course expressly states otherwise.

18. Warranties and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Wealth Academy does not make any representation or warranty that:

• all content will always be complete, current or free from error;
