The Wealth Academy

1. Use of the Site and Content

The Wealth Academy Pty Ltd (“The Wealth Academy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides educational content including videos, text, assessments, quizzes, tools, and other learning resources (the “Content”).

Subject to these Terms, users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Content solely for personal or internal educational purposes in the format made available through the Site.

Users must not:

• copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, share, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Content;
• store Content on another platform, learning management system, intranet, or shared drive;
• provide access to Content to any third party; or
• circumvent technical, access, or digital rights management controls.

Any breach of these Terms immediately terminates your licence to use the Site.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The Site is intended for users aged 13 years and over.

Users under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent, guardian, or authorised educational institution. By accessing the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements or have obtained the required consent.

3. Parental and Institutional Consent

Where a user is a minor:

• a parent, guardian, or authorised school representative must review and agree to these Terms on the user’s behalf; and
• payment for a course or institutional access constitutes confirmation of that consent.

4. User Representations

By using the Site, you warrant that:

• you will use the Site and Content only for lawful educational purposes;
• you will not misrepresent your identity or access rights; and
• you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Site is owned by or licensed to The Wealth Academy and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Wealth Academy does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for third-party content, and access to such content is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.

The Site and Content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, The Wealth Academy makes no warranties or representations regarding accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or availability.

Content may become outdated due to changes in financial, legal, or regulatory environments, including across jurisdictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wealth Academy and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from:

• use of or reliance on the Site or Content;
• inability to access the Site;
• third-party content or links; or
• unauthorised access to user accounts.

This includes indirect, consequential, or economic loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia and courts competent to hear appeals from those courts.

Users accessing the Site from outside Australia are responsible for compliance with local laws. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection laws.

10. Access by Schools and Institutions

These Terms apply whether access is obtained:

• directly by an individual user or parent; or
• through a school or educational institution on behalf of students or teachers.

Institutions are responsible for ensuring that users comply with these Terms.

11. User Conduct and Account Security

Users must not:

• engage in unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behaviour;
• misuse Content or infringe intellectual property rights;
• use Content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

12. Platform Evolution and Subscription Access

The Site and Content are continuously evolving. We may modify, update, or remove Content, curriculum, features, or tools at any time without notice.

Subscription access permits use of Content in its native digital format across supported devices. Additional fees may apply for premium features, printed materials, standalone components, or special events.

These Terms are effective as of December 2026 and may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
